Operations Manager
Permanent role for an Operations Manager at an established Commercial Contract Cleaning Company based in Oxford
Remuneration - £38,000- £45,000 Plus vehicle and fuel

The Cleaning Operations Manager will contribute to the day-to-day operation of the Cleaning Services Department by supporting the Cleaning Managers and cleaning teams.
Role and Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Directly lead and manage a team of Contract Managers, and through them, Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives to deliver a high-quality cleaning operation across contracts in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas
- Manage and control the cleaning services in line with the agreed specifications to both individual contracts and flagship establishments
- Actively enforce relevant statutory, company and local site, health & safety, compliance, sustainability, and ethical policies
- Monitor equipment
- Identify and implement service improvement opportunities
- Monitor and control wages in line with margin expectations
- Evaluate, communicate and enforce output of all internal audits conducted
About you
· Experience of managing multiple cleaning sites & contracts, consumable provisions and one off cleans
· Experience in cleaning methods, carpet and hard floor cleaning processes
· An understanding of BICS industry standards
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Full UK Driving licence
· Flexibility when needed
