What you’ll achieve:
The HR Operations Specialist is a global role responsible for ensuring centralized organizational effectiveness, global HR data management and employee self-service in collaboration with the Global HR Department.
You will have a strong administrative and HR background with a passion for education and service. You will lead operational needs including HRIS management, onboarding, system support, file management, knowledge sharing, employee self-service, and employee engagement initiatives – all with a view to efficient administration and operations deployment.
Technical Skills and a love for data are a requirement for this role. Meaning this role needs to be strong with excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), HRIS administration, reporting, state and benefits compliance requirements and project management.
You will:
- Lead the centralization of Global HR workflows while owning the build, implementation, documentation and maintenance of HR operational systems and processes.
- Lead HR system administration including responsible for global reporting, security, and data accuracy.
- Administration of HR practices ensuring global policy adherence and employee self-service.
- First point of contact for employee requests related to HR operations, processes, and systems.
Essential Requirements
- Lead immigration and international visa letter administration.
- Provide global HR Department support (e.g., documentation, filing, recruitment scheduling, benefit’s administration, and employee lifecycle documentation management).
- Lead onboarding and offboarding process, documentation, and practices
- Manage global HR and Recruitment Outlook aliases.
- Lead the build of employee self-service tools and resources (e.g. SharePoint, HRIS, and other HR Tools).
- Own the administrative requirements for the global award programs.
- Ensure data and reporting accuracy to meet business intelligence needs (e.g., daily, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
- Respond and lead problem resolution regarding data and payroll issues within and between varied systems.
- Participate in the implementation and ownership of approved programs that link to HR Systems.
- Manage all compliance reporting and annual audit requirements.
Desired Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on business or HR preferred.
- 3+ Years HR background managing core HR processes, programs, and employment-related laws/regulations; experience supporting EMEA, US, Israel, and India a plus.
- Experience with varied HR information systems, reporting tools and system implementation
- Technical aptitude with the ability to build databases and MS SharePoint pages for self-service.
- High level of proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP.
- Experience in assessing and improving operations and administrative practices.
- Time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Experience in HR administration, including policy development, implementation, and interpretation.
- Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills, with strong detail orientation.
- Experience administering and tracking internal initiatives such as performance management and merit reviews.
- Experience forming effective relationships across boundaries and departments; influencing at various levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, experience writing company content and communications, including meeting facilitation, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and in an engaging manner.
