They are now looking for a National Account Manager to be based in or around the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire or Oxfordshire area to cover a UK wide role with a typical 3 days working from home and 2 days of UK wide travel. As National Account Manager you will be managing and developing relationships with a number of high spend, key account housing building partners. You’ll be working with senior procurement teams and Heads of so will be a confident, assertive and knowledgeable Account Manager.
National Account Manager – Responsibilities
- Liaising with key customer contacts at senior group and regional level.
- Developing group specifications and overseeing national design portfolios.
- Ensuring internal stakeholders are notified of group specifications and agreements.
- Maximising continuing growth opportunities with the Developer.
- Enhancing across discipline relationships with National Developer contacts.
- Conducting regular business review meetings.
- Providing clear, detailed information for internal and external stakeholders.
- Corresponding with customer contacts in a professional manner.
National Account Manager – Required Skills
- Previous account management or regional Kitchen, Bathrooms or Bedroom experience is desired.
- Exceptional relationship and customer building skills.
- Self driven and consultative approach to account management and sales.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation and IT skills.
- A keen eye for detail as accuracy is essential.
- An understanding of kitchen led products, design/quotation systems or experience in similar customer focused role is desirable
- A full UK driving licence is required for this role given the regular UK travel required.
