WHO ARE KFC?
Colonel Harland Sanders opened the first KFC in Corbin, Kentucky in 1938. He started with one restaurant, 11 herbs and spices, and an idea. From there our incredible brand and product grew to what it is today.
KFC first came to the UK in 1965 with our first restaurant in Preston, Lancashire. Today we are a billion-pound business with over 1000 restaurants run by our 28,000 restaurant team members. Our headquarters are based at the Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) in Woking, Surrey – a 24-minute train from Waterloo. Of the c.1000 restaurants in the UK, 95% are owned and operated by 34 franchise partners; the remaining 5% are company owned and run.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an action driving, enthusiastic, independent, supply chain superstar to join the KFC Supply chain team to deliver insight led change as a Supply Chain Analyst.
The Supply Chain team at KFC is a regional based team made up of Procurement, Product Integrity (QA) and Supply Chain Ops (Distribution). Collectively, we are responsible for sourcing and delivery of products to our restaurants across Pan EU.
Our wider supply chain team are located across UK and Europe and our dedicated Supply Chain Ops teams are predominantly based in individual markets.
You will closely work with the Pan EU supply chain team, internal and external partners helping to leverage data and insights to report, continuously optimise performance and support our supply chain ambitions.
The role reports into the Regional Head of Supply Chain, primarily responsible for the governance, monitoring and reporting of the supply chain fund. The role is also responsible for the management of the restaurant pricing process and expected to play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery and of key transformational supply chain projects.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

Lead the management and reporting of the Supply Chain Fund, offering insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to ensure the fund is managed in line with policies.

Drive accountability around setting restaurant product prices and provide insights into the impact to our F&P cost.

Partner with our commercial finance team to provide input during our financial planning cycles.

Provide ongoing visibility of the fund through quarterly Steerco meetings, which include preparing and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.

Working closely with our system data teams to ensure ERP systems are promptly updated to reflect the latest product pricing.

Things are not perfect, from time to time, there’s a need to review and resolve invoice or pricing queries to ensure supplier payments are made within agreed terms.

Work with the procurement teams to maintain an up-to-date position on cost of sales and highlight variances to plan

Delivery of data, reporting and performance strategy for the function

Represent supply chain interest when working cross functionally to deliver against business objectives.
