Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
We are looking for someone who:
·Is able to demonstrate skills and competence in the art of sushi making
·Has at least 3 years experience of Japanese Cuisine and sushi techniques.
·Has fish cutting experience for different forms of sushi.
.Works in an efficient manner and recognises the importance of minimising food waste.
·Maintains the very highest standards in food hygiene and is familiar with all relevant food preparation and health and safety guidelines.
·Is highly organised and comfortable working in a fast paced and high-pressure team environment.
·Has the ability to work on weekends.
·Has flexible availability to work 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday.
