Front of House (reception and reservations)
As we continue our journey to deliver true luxury, we understand just how important the Front of House department is, they play a key part throughout our guests experience and our team need to be on hand to help whenever it’s needed. From the first call, the welcoming ‘hello’ right through to an authentic ‘until next time’ the front of house team are the font of all knowledge. It is being able to offer this bespoke and personal service that is key to what sets us apart. To be successful the key qualifications and experience we need or prefer:
- Previous experience of working in a guest care position, minimum 1 year (preferred 3 years)

Experience of working in a high-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal English

Strong team ethics

Demonstrable employer loyalty

Experience of 4- star hotels (preferred)

Experience of working with a PMS system (preferred and Oracle a distinct advantage)
