Joining as a trainee dealer opens up an exciting career in the Casino industry with roles such as Senior Dealer, Inspector and Gaming Supervisor all part of a progression route with the chance to step into a management role. The Casino industry is different, there’s nothing really like it, and its one that many of our team love to work in. It really is a million miles from a boring 9-5. Dealing is a licensed, responsible position and the job comes with many great benefits including tips.
As a trainee dealer you will attend our very own Grosvenor Gaming Academy, which runs for six weeks and will give you the skills and confidence you need to thrive.
What’s more you will get a £250 bonus when you have been with the team for 3 months, and a further £750 when you have been with us for 6 months!
The Casino locations below are running Academies, just click on the link to apply if you are excited by the role. If an Academy is not starting straight away, you can join the Casino team in another role and attend the Academy once it starts.

Hours:
The paid training will run for 40 hours per week over a 4 week period.
Training start date: Monday 20th February 2023
Applicants must be able to work night shifts & weekends
