Job Description
We’re looking for an Onboarding Officer to work within Operations reporting to Nicola Hardy, the Back Office Manager. You'll be overseeing the successful take-on of new clients and new investments. The team work closely with various Operations team’s, t to ensure the client experience is as smooth as possible.
Deliverables:

Data entry for application processing
-
Handling, banking cheques and processing client money
-
Completing necessary investigations to ensure applications are compliant with our internal and external regulations – liaise with various stakeholders

Daily management of own workload to ensure that both new and ongoing work items are completed in a timely manner

Managing a busy inbox and adhoc queries from internal stakeholders
-
Help with streamlining procedures and processes
Qualifications

Strong eye for detail and ability to work precisely and exactly is imperative

Ability to prioritise and multi-task whilst working under pressure

Hands on team player that’s also comfortable working individually

Able to adhere to strict daily and adhoc deadlines

Strong work ethic, comfortable working outside of regular working hours during busy periods

Customer focused

Strong problem solving and organisational abilities

Excellent communication skills to deal with people at all levels

Must be comfortable using technology and leveraging digital applications
To really stand out from the crowd, these skills will help:

Experience with AML/KYC
