Job Description
Our organisation is looking for a pleasant, detail oriented individual with experience in handling accounting tasks and financial transactions. The right candidate will be responsible for tracking invoices, summarising data and maintaining account records. He or she must be a trustworthy individual who can meet deadlines and is able to stay focused while working on multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities:
- Balance the books.
- Enter company's financial data into spreadsheet, accounting program.
- Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Work closely with bookkeeping, accounting, and bank staff.
- Organize and keep track of financial records, receipts, invoices, etc.
- Keep detailed account of business transactions.
- Post payments and maintain financial records.

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
