GES are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our Global HR team. You will support the HR team in all aspects of HR administration and be a super user of our EMEA HR system (Sage People).

What will you do?
You will:
- Be instrumental in supporting the employees onboarding experience including, Contract generation and Induction process.
- Support the employee lifecycle including issuing addendums, ensure that employee data is correct and up to date.
- Work alongside the team to develop metrics and analyse employee data.
- Support EMEA Employee Wellbeing Initiatives, including sourcing suppliers to attend wellbeing days.
- Support Absence Management and Occupational Health activities.
- Support and coordinate Learning and Development activities including sourcing training providers, raising purchase orders and issuing training agreements where appropriate.
- Be a systems guru and work alongside the team to improve the efficiency and implement changes in the Sage people HRIS.

This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.

Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
