Ramsy Health Care Ltd aims to provide Good quality Community and domiciliary care support services for service users by trained workforce who are supported and monitored regularly. Our emphasis will be to uphold dignity of service users and to maximise their independence and choice.
1. It is the aim of Ramsy Health Care Ltd to provide high quality care and provide support in a way which promotes the independence of individuals/Service users and enables them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
2. To provide individuals with information to enable them to make informed choices in order to achieve their optimum state of health and well being.
3. To assess needs, plan and deliver all support/care in a way which meets the needs of the individual and respects their wishes.
4. To support individuals to retain their dignity by continuing to live their chosen lifestyle for as long as they wish, and are physically and mentally able to do so.
5. To provide a service that fully satisfies the needs and expectations of individuals in their own homes.
6. To protect our Service Users and Staff from harm and abuse whilst respecting their rights to take measured risks.
7. To ensure that the privacy and dignity of our clients is respected at all times. To have the whole team work together to achieve the highest level of care that is possible.

Purpose of the position
To provide personal care, nutrition care, shopping care, social and emotional support to people in their own homes, in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. Ramsy Health Care Ltd aim to provide personal care to vulnerable adults, in homely surroundings which, also meet the standards defined by the Care Quality Commission. Ultimately our goal is to achieve an excellent service in order to enhance the lives of service users. We are also able to support people who, due to age, are becoming a little forgetful or mildly confused.
