- This role will support a friendly and vibrant team, who are currently working the hybrid model from home and a serviced offfice.

The role will involve:
- Using designated IT systems, updating and maintaining industry databases with up to date and relevant information, ensuring the quality of information is uploaded in the right way and at the right time.
- First line query & complaint resolution and preparation of all information if escalation to management is required.
- Maintain asset records for live/adopted sites.
- Order materials and raise purchase orders and issue to suppliers using SAGE.
- Assist the Network Manager in managing the electricity network operations.
- Validate information received from third parties and update to the relevant system.
- Distribute relevant information to relevant internal teams or customers as appropriate.
- Administer MPAN requests and issue to customers, resolving any issue that may arise.
- Highlighting incorrect MPAN tariff/area/address and escalate when required.
- Maintaining various record and spreadsheets and action required items with in the required process.
- Issue received Invoices to accounts and validate.
- Maintaining operational records with the required information and highlighting any actions to the responsible person.
- Maintain asset records for live/adopted sites.
- Organise the project creation for new projects communicating to the relevant people involved.
- Administer Data Flow and tariff queries and request and ensuring timescales are adhered to.
- Issue out quotes and complete orders when required and within the correct timescales.
- Track projects and ensure all aspects have been updated with the relevant information before issuing asset value claim information to the customer.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
