The Role
You will work for the team manager in our residential property department based at our Northampton office. This will be a mixed role with responsibility for ensuring appointments complete successfully as well as the general administration for the matter. The main areas of responsibility include:
- Scheduling and route planning appointments;
- Ensuring our Solicitors have the correct bundles ahead of the appointment;
- Ensuring the appointments take place;
- Dealing with cancellations and back filling appointments;
- Taking calls from clients;
- Being geographically aware;
- (occasionally) book hire car, accommodation;
- Liaising with other law firms and arranging meetings;
- Using our Case Management System for storage and retrieval of documents and keeping file notes;
- General administrative tasks.
Person Specification
- Able to work to tight deadlines;
- Good customer focus;
- Flexible and proactive approach with 'can do' attitude;
- Organised and able to prioritise.
Full training provided.
