We are recruiting an Assistant Data Analyst to work in our new Data Team to assist developing a suite of standardised Power BI reports by collating, analysing, and producing reports from complex data sets within our private rental stock. This will involve reporting on all company data in relation to our tenancies, maintenance, compliance, customer satisfaction and finance with clear definitions, governance, and data management. You'll provide actionable insights and analyses to inform business decisions using ETL processes and Power BI data models.

More about you
We are looking for someone who has a real passion for data and understands the role it can play in helping businesses make impactful decisions. You will have previous experience of data manipulation and consider your Excel skills to be advanced. As a skilled communicator you'll feel comfortable presenting to stakeholders, and you'll enjoy developing positive working relationships. If you have used software such as Power BI, Tableau or Business Objects this would be a great advantage, but we will support you to further develop your knowledge.
Above all you will be someone with a keen eye for detail, able to spot errors and have the tenacity to investigate issues and find why something isn't reporting as expected.
