Our client, a renowned and award winning international law firm are now looking for a Legal PA to support them on their employment team. This will be a busy and varied role, that would suit a driven and highly organised Legal Secretary / PA. The PA will be joining a progressive firm, that offer development and an inclusive working environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Acting as a gatekeeper for fee earners
- Onboarding new clients including conflict checks
- Supporting with arranging client events and functions
- Drafting emails and correspondence
- Billing
- Support with creating pitches and presentations
To be considered for this role you will have experience as a Legal Secretary / Team Assistant/ PA in a Law firm. The ideal PA will be highly organised, with a strong attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft office and enjoy working as part of a busy team.
