Chubb now has an opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in Birmingham (Dudley). The main goal of this role is to provide general administrative support to enable the smooth and effective running of the service team. You will assist the Operations Manager in the provision of a superior level of customer service.
Qualifications

Have a good general background in administration ideally from a service / engineering background

Be customer focused with extensive phone-based customer service skills

Possess strong IT skills across Word, Excel and Outlook

Have strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

Have the ability to prioritise and work well in a fast-paced environment
