Day: 8 hours
Job Description
To coordinate and maintain efficient operations of the El Camino Hospital Service Lines, including but not limited to office management, budget management and support for management, staff, operations, and database applications. The Operations Coordinator will lead the planning and coordination of internal and external education events and coordinate the planning of community education and marketing events for the service lines, developing materials for distribution at events for physicians, staff and community members.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma; Undergraduate degree preferred
Five (5) plus years of coordination experience, in office operations, customer/patient services, and/or administration
Prior supervisory or training experience preferred.
Strong multitasking ability and time management skills.
Excellent communication verbal and written, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.
Proven ability with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and to interact well with all levels of employees throughout the organization, participate in intra- and interdepartmental collaboration, and handle multiple tasks concurrently to meet deadlines.
Ability to train and educate staff on new information.
Attention to detail required for all responsibilities.
Willing to be flexible and work extra hours upon request.
Salary Range:
34.74 - 52.10 USD Hourly
