Job Title: Waking Nights Support Worker
Location: Hinckley/Leicester
Salary: £9.60 - £9.75 Depending NVQ qualifications
Hours: Full-time- 36 hours per week

Your night will be focused on providing one-to-one support for adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism. You will ensure our people are content, assist with evening tasks and encourage them to live their lives to the fullest! The residents that we provide care for have low support needs with high levels of adventure and ambition!

On a typical day you will be;

Helping with the challenges of everyday life such as dressing, washing and cooking.

Participate in hobbies like getting fit at the gym, trips out to the cinema or going on holiday.

Encourage our people to live an independent life within their own homes and in the local community.

Administer medication as required.

Complete daily care plans.

Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and protect the Adult's rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.
