AI Content Editor
Full time - Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year

The Role:
We're looking for a creative AI content writer to join our content team and increase content output across a number of key brands, using the latest machine learning and artificial intelligence tools.
This is a role for a curious writer that wants to explore the use of AI led content and is comfortable with creating written content and editing content produced by the wider team. Your focus will be on getting the most out of AI tools to increase content output, whilst maintaining quality.
The candidate will work on ensuring content meets brand requirements and passes our internal content checks. You will lead our business understanding of AI content, development of tools and be the champion of how we make the most of these to increase the overall value of our onsite content.
As an inquisitive content professional, you will be able to develop briefs and have a wider understanding of where content writing and AI tools sit in our goals to achieve content growth in highly competitive markets.
You will work closely with all content and SEO stakeholders within the business and be able to tailor the needs of the content to both. KPIs will range from page rankings through to content engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Ideating, briefing and testing of new content and content types to achieve business objectives through the use of machine learning
- Creating and editing commercial, long form, evergreen and blog content for the purpose of improving the performance of our websites
- Investigating and building out our growing tool set of AI content tools
- Conducting competitor analysis and developing content opportunities
- Identify weaknesses within existing content and work with site level editors to improve content and content freshness
- Managing freelance specialists to help with content administration
- Working with freelance translators to output content into multiple languages
Skills required:
- Ability to write content for multiple purposes
- Understanding of the use of content for commercial gain
- 1+ years experience in a written content role in a highly competitive B2C market
- Strong command of the English language and grammar
- Demonstrable examples of successful content pieces to be discussed at your interview
