Receptionist - 24 hours per week ( Friday 08:00 – 18:00, Saturday 08:00 – 18:00, Sunday 11:00 - 17:00 )

As a Receptionist with us, you’ll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the sales team.

What does the role of Receptionist involve?
- Handling telephone inquiries with professionalism establishing their needs to ensure they are directed to the correct department/team member first time
- Welcoming customers to the dealership making sure that they are assisted in a caring and pleasant manor
- Maintaining customer facing areas, updating and maintaining the dealership diary and other general administrative duties
What do you need to succeed as a Receptionist?
- Administrative and customer service experience
- Fantastic organisation skills
- Good telephone manner
