Casual Weekend Groundskeeper
Summary
We currently have an opportunity for a casual weekend Groundskeeper to support our team of ground staff on matchdays. based at our fabulous Elland Road Stadium, Leeds. This is a great opportunity for driven individuals who relish a challenge and are driven to succeed in a fast and innovative environment.
The role is on a casual basic and the person will need to be flexible due to the dates and timing of matches. On average the total working hours for a match day support staff member will be 6-8 hours.
This role is casual and will be mainly weekends.

Main Job responsibilities
- Repair work to the Grass-maxx hybrid sports pitch, with use of hand forks, and mowing equipment, with the possibility of preparing the stadium pitch on the day of the match.
- Deployment of artificial grow lighting units’ post-match.
- Reporting and issues which could arise on match day, which is to do with the playing surface.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with colleagues.
