Frugi are a Cornish fashion brand that specialises in sustainably sourced clothes for babies, children and new mothers. We design soft and comfy clothing made for children to wear and play in. It all started in 2004 where our mission was to show the world that we can create a great brand whilst upholding strong ethical and environmental values. The role:
You will be responsible for the data entry of all Customer Services account data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Apply data program techniques and procedures
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup
operations
- Keep information confidential
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Assess, maintain, and promote social and environmental performance throughout the
Team in line with the company’s Corporate, Social, Responsibility (CSR) Policy, Values and
Mission.
- Any other duties as directed by management
- Assist with any data entry support for other brands in the group e.g. Celtic& Co.
