Job Description
Having recently won several large contracts, L&B are now seeking a document controller / administrator to join our projects team. Ideally they will have knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts and will have experience in the following:
- Controlling company and project documentation
- Following and improving document control procedures
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents
- Producing document progress reports for senior managers
- Conducting regular reviews and document audits
- Using online systems to organise and distribute documents within, both, the company and clients
- Helping in the planning stages of specific projects
- Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
- Carry out administration tasks to support the project teams
- Process and progress security pass applications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£42,500.00 per year
