Job type: Full time, permanent, hybrid office/remote setting, 40 hours per week
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + annual bonus

The Role
As a Finance Manager at Kinderzimmer UK, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end finance processes and distributing information to key stakeholders and leaders within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to; analysing P&Ls, processing and paying invoices, leading external audits, managing budgets across multiple nursery sites and day to day accounting.
We are seeking a finance professional who is passionate about building a scalable function in line with our ambitious growth plans and has the drive for continuous improvement, while embracing our fun and dynamic culture. This is a broad role with clear opportunities for progression, with the potential to move up to Head of Finance and beyond.

Essential requirements
- Must hold ACCA, CIMA, ACA or similar
- Experience in Finance Management or Senior Management Accounting
- Ability to deliver high quality financial analysis reports
- A candidate with a who is professional and takes pride in their work
- Experience in managing and developing junior members of staff
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
