We are currently looking for a Senior Project Support Officer to join the fast-paced DB&I project. This is a secondment opportunity until the 31st August 2023.
Working in a dynamic and deadline driven environment, you will be part of a supportive and engaging team, who are experienced and focussed on delivering high quality work. You will be a central character in the team, making and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
The DB&I Programme is a fast-paced controlled working environment which is responsible for the delivery of the Council’s new ERP solution (Migrating from SAP to UNIT4). Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Working closely with the Programme Manager
- Maintaining and monitoring risks and issues
- Organising programme meetings, as well as creating the structure and taking minutes
- Building and maintaining programme dashboards, showing progress against plan
- Engaging with People and Change (HR), Recruitment, Procurement, and IT&D to help maintain programme pace.
This role is open to remote working meaning you aren't required in the office 5 days a week. We’re less about you driving to work and more about us collectively driving down our carbon footprint. We care about how you work rather than where you work; the people rather than the postcode. - Ability to manage a range of projects through to completion
