Are you a looking for a new challenge?
St Helena hospice have an exciting new opportunity an Assistant Shop Manager to join our retail team at our Magdalen Street furniture shop.
You will be supporting the running of an efficient and effective furniture shop to maximise profits from the sale of donated stock for St Helena and to support the volunteer team by providing communication, support, guidance and direction to their efforts.
You will be responsible for handling and moving the deliveries of furniture and appliances that are coming into the store from the vans. You will ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards.
It's hard work, with lots of heavy lifting, but no two days are the same, and you'll find it really rewarding helping to fund end of life care.
This post is 37.5 hours a week and works on a rota basis.
