Our new Assisted Living Development is due to open in March 2023, offering 27 apartments based in St George’s Park, Ditchling Road, within 3 miles of both Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill, set within 250 acres of beautiful gardens and farmlands, in an area of outstanding natural beauty with views overlooking the South Downs.
You will be part of a dedicated team that offers the residents kind and compassionate care during the evening, night and early morning, in line with our company ethos. If you are caring by nature and enjoy looking after others, then being a Night Care Assistant at Trinity Lodge is for you.
Our Assisted Living Apartments will be staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
You will have access to our excellent training programme and we pride ourselves on a continuous improvement plan for all our new and existing staff to ensure they have the ongoing knowledge, skills and commitment to become and continue to be a successful, valued member of our team.

The work will require compassion, patience and understanding, but the rewards and job satisfaction are high.
You will be part of a happy and welcoming team working together at all times to provide the high level of care we pride ourselves on. Some knowledge of caring for the elderly or vulnerable is essential, as is a compassionate nature and willingness to learn.
