This is a new and exciting role where you will own the full customer journey, working with well established brands you will support them with onboarding and deliver training on how to get the best from our platform while maximising client satisfaction and driving retention.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will:
- Be responsible for owning relationships with new and existing clients, manage onboarding, delivery of contractual elements, increase adoption and drive high levels of customer service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and maximising client value.
- Develop and maintain client success metrics and provide reports and insights on partner performance.
- Ensure successful and on time delivery of our solutions according to customer objectives
- Drive new ideas and innovation on new/different ways of working with our partners to drive higher commercial value both for SamsonVT and the clients.
The successful candidate will be:
- Agile and able to move with the requirements of the role. This will not be a strict and rigid job role.. As a tech start-up, your role may require you to support with other duties and tasks to ensure absolute client satisfaction.

Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
