International Agribusiness Leadership Scheme - Supply Chain
The 2-year rotational programme is designed to give you broad experience in a variety of supply chain and procurement functions in order to unlock your true leadership potential and give you the skills to take on a senior management position at the end of the scheme.
Why This Scheme?
- Varied Placements - rotate across supply chain planning, demand planning, supply chain analysis and optimisation, procurement and buying at both a group and subsidiary level.

What Do You Need?
- A degree grade of 2:1 or equivalent (achieved or predicted) in a business, economics, supply chain, engineering or related discipline.
- Demonstrable leadership skills.
- An interest in a career in supply chain & procurement.
- Driving license.
