We are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Coordinator to join the Alliance Training Centre team

Main duties:
- To coordinate the registration and administration of learners enrolled on Alliance training programs as directed by the line manager.
- To coordinate the smooth progression of apprentices through their training programme, from initial enquiry to End Point Assessment (EPA).
- To arrange pre-enrolment processes such as initial assessment tests, complete learner funding eligibility checks, off the job training monitoring and calculations.
- Producing, collating and collecting learner and employer documentation
- To act as the link between the Training Centre and the National Centre to ensure that information relating to apprenticeship training is available. Ensuring training and learning data is available in a timely and accessible manner.
Essential criteria:
- A good level of computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office 365, spreadsheets and ILR/MIS software eg PICS
- Experience in the administration of apprenticeships and/or other further education training programmes.
- Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Ability to work across teams to ensure services are delivered effectively
This role will be have a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. This arrangement will be agreed with your line manager once established into the role. Office base could be our Training Centre in Tonbridge or head office in London, Old Street.
