Join the TMM Recruitment team! Assist with the processing of our temporary worker weekly payroll. We’ll teach you everything you need to know including how to work with software systems Sage and Tempaid.
Previous payroll experience is not necessary, in fact, this could be the ideal job for a school leaver starting their career.
Working closely with the Accounts Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Run weekly payroll for temporary candidates using the in-house Tempaid system.
- Chase timesheets and temp packs as necessary.
- Generate and print payslips, invoices, and payroll reports and issue as necessary.
- Raise P45s and issue them to the Inland Revenue.
- Liaise with candidates, clients, and the Inland Revenue with any queries regarding payroll matters.
- Deal with all payroll-associated administration.
- Ensure all payroll-related filing is done weekly and accurately.
- Assist in the completion of year-end payroll reports and statutory requirements.
- Input sales invoices to Sage Line 50.
- Compile and issue consolidated monthly invoices.
37.5 hours per week, from Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm, this job is permanently based at 38 Albyn Place Aberdeen.
The ideal candidate would preferably hold a National 5 in Maths.
