QTS Training are looking for a Training Co-Ordinator to join their team. The details of the role are listed below.
Role and responsibilities:
- Course planning
- Uploading course details to online course management system
- Updating QTS and NSAR (where appropriate) Calendars
- Responding to customer queries
- Processing course bookings
- Promoting course availability to customers
- Ensuring trainers and assessors are delivering to required capacity
- Liaising with trainers re delivery dates and requirements
- Outsourcing training courses as required
- Checking candidate pre-requisites
- Completing required training quality assurance and compliance processes
- Preparing course paperwork
Skills required:
- Experience of training co-ordination (preferable)
- Knowledge of rail industry (preferable)
- Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Sense of humour
