Job Description
- Dealing with customer queries via telephone and email
- Processing orders and checking stock
- Raising invoices
- Advise customers on order updates and deliveries
- Scheduling orders for delivery
- Meeting and greeting visitors in the office
- Assistance with any other duties required which ensures the smooth day to day running of the office.
- Ensure working safely always remains the highest priority in the execution of your duties
- Taking meeting minutes
- Administration support for other Managers
- Organising Travel and accommodation for visitors and Senior Management
- Organise meetings
Essential Skills and Experience Required
- Flexible, committed and able to use your own initiative
- Able to remain calm and focused in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to build strong working relationships and work in a team
- Excellent telephone manner – polite, professional and courteous at all times
- Confident dealing with customers and demonstrates good customer service skills
- Organised, punctual and reliable
- Good Interpersonal skills with some office experience
- Able to prioritise and multitask
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite including excel.
- Some experience of purchasing with an interest in procurement is desirable
