37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum.
We are seeking to employ a Support Administrator to add capacity to our IT and Data collection teams - this is a new hybrid role and can be developed by the successful candidate. Your main responsibilities are twofold: supporting our IT Helpdesk, that handles basic requests from all users - staff and students. And also, to collate and manage Data from our Management Information Systems relating to, for example, assessment, school reports and census gathering. Your role is varied and will include other duties, such as to oversee use of our School Management system (sims.net) and provide cover for our main office out of term time. an enthusiasm for technology, but a technical understanding of IT systems is not required

a willingness to learn and a solution focussed approach

excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential in what is considered a 'customer service' environment

experience of working in a similar role

an eye for detail and accuracy when dealing with complex data and its analysis.
