We are recruiting for Sales Advisors here in our Life Insurance team in Cardiff! We work on a shift basis 8.30am - 8pm Monday - Friday and 9-1 on Saturdays (1 in 3 rotation).
Our excellent monthly bonus scheme means, subject to achieving quality and productivity metrics, you could earn up to an additional £800 per month on top of your base salary which is £20,500.

What you'll be doing
- You’ll be working in our Life Insurance Direct Sales team taking incoming calls from customers looking life protection quotes. They come through to us via our policy review team or referrals from third party referrer (as part of their loan offering, the customer must have life insurance).
- You’ll complete a full medical application via phone, covering health and lifestyle, hobbies, family history etc. This will generate a life insurance quote- the objective is to turn that into a sale.
- You’ll provide customers with a first-class experience during every interaction.
- Offering support and feedback to other colleagues, contributing to a highly motivated, straightforward, and collaborative culture.
What we're looking for
- The skills below are really important to us. Rest be assured, we will show you the L&G way. You’ll be in induction for a couple of weeks so, you’ll have the tools you need before you start helping our customers and clients.
- People who love helping people! People who are straightforward, ambitious, authentic, collaborative, and purposeful.
- Self-motivated and target driven people.
- Strong communication skills and passion to support customers, whatever their personal circumstances.
- Confidence in using a desktop or laptop and experienced in using MS Office.
