We have a new and exciting opportunity for our brand-new role of Retail Team Leader to join our Retail Management Team!

What’s the role?
We are looking for a Team Leader to lead and Retail Departments and leading their team to deliver the exceptional.
The Retail Team Leaders daily role will include;
- Leading a team up circa 40 colleagues by coaching and developing whilst working closely with you
- To oversee the day to day running of the Retail Departments.
- Communicating with immediate team daily and actively cascading communication to the Shift Leaders and teams.
- Working closely with our buying team to ensure we have market leading product ranges.
- Ensuring our customers receive world class service.
- Implementing new policies and processes in the department.
- Ensuring health and safety is adhered too.
- Making sure we have the WOW factor in our merchandising to drive sales.
- Working closely and in collaboration with the Assistant Manager
Our ideal Retail Team Leader will have the below skills and experience;
The perfect candidate will have the eye for detail, the drive to succeed, be enthused by sales and possess a friendly, customer focused personality.
- It's essential that you'll have at proven experience of managing a retail department and a team, with the ability to drive sales and service.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a professional manner at all times.
- Strong time management skills.
- Flexible approach to changing circumstances with willingness to take on new tasks.
