The University of Bath is looking for a motivated individual for the role of Online Programmes and Partnerships Officer. The role is part of a small team in Learning Partnerships Office (LPO). LPO manages partnership programmes and relationships with external partners. The Officer will be responsible for centralised key academic administration processes relating to programmes.
The flexibility of the 100% Online programmes provision means that students have the opportunity to enrol at a number of points throughout the year. The Officer will therefore need to be extremely well organised, with excellent attention to detail, in order to follow the progression of each student individually.
You will need to be able to absorb and assimilate key procedural Higher Education concepts, complex information and reports quickly and convey effectively to other stakeholders.
As well as being highly organised, you will need to be proactive, able to work with a high degree of accuracy and maintain confidentiality. You will need to have a positive attitude and build and maintain effective professional relationships with a wide range of people internal and external to the University, however this is not a student facing role.
This is a full-time (36.5 hours per week), permanent position. We are open to considering requests for 0.8 FTE and hybrid working. We could also offer this role as a 1 year secondment opportunity for the right candidate.
For informal enquiries about the role please contact Sophie Pawson, Online Programmes Manager (Operations) [email protected]
