Administrator/ Senior Administrator, 6 Month Secondment (Jersey)

In the role of Banking and Payment COE Senior Administrator you will be part of centralised team of experts in Payment and Banking products, who are responsible for the review, triage and releasing of transactions initiated in our core payment platforms and our banking product offering which includes Fixed Deposits, instant access accounts, Foreign Exchange, Debit cards and our 3rd Party Fiduciary Accounts. Whilst ensuring our wealth management clients are serviced to the highest of standards and in line with internal policies, enterprise and regulatory requirements.
What will you do?
Reviewing, triage and releasing of transactions in line with our internal transaction cut off times
Initiation of FX and internal transfers from client via RBC HUB and Online Services
Assist all client facing areas and our internal business partners to enable a minimum high standard of service whilst supporting a one RBC Approach.
New Customer and account opening, ensuring all documentation falls in line with enterprise, local policy and 3rd party banks requirements.
Monitor and check swift messages for all relevant information and provide information where necessary to internal business partners
Transaction investigations from client and our internal business partners, maintaining daily monitoring
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Excellent Organisational skills and attention to detail
Execute tasks within defined service level agreements
Collaborative and consultative approach along with a team player
Excellent communication skills to support effective communication with our internal business partners both verbally and in writing
Nice-to-have
Knowledge and understanding of RIBS, Online Services, Content Manager and Salesforce
Payment and transactional Knowledge including an awareness of payment regulations
Knowledge /experience with Client Due Diligence and Know your client and supporting documentation
Understanding of client structures, companies and trusts
