Moray House School of Education and Sport (MHSES) is inviting applications for two EDI Assistants who will assist the Director of EDI, Dr Omolabake Fakunle, with ongoing equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives and activities within MHSES.
The Opportunity:
The role will involve collecting, analysing and reporting findings from survey and interview data, and to contribute to developing initiatives and organising activities to support equality, diversity and inclusion within the School.
Your skills and attributes for success:
Up to date knowledge of discourses and practices related to equality, diversity and inclusion.
Ability to analyse quantitative data using SPSS, R and/or excel.
Experience with developing and using quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Experience with designing conducting, and reporting project findings.
