Main duties will include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and social media plan
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn Instagram)
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of social media content and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams, department managers, and external partners to execute marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in social media and marketing
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels
- Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and other promotions
In addition to the above, you may also be required to undertake other ad-hoc duties.
The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, enthusiasm, as well as a strong understanding of and experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
Role Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a social media role
- A full clean driving license
