OFFICE BASED AT Ransom Wood Business Park Mansfield
· Full Time 9 - 5PM
· 1 hour lunch
· Hours 35 hours per week
· Salary negotiable starting from 22K
· 20 days a year plus bank holidays
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant/Property Administrator to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to HMO refurbishments Nottingham Ltd supporting the director. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
You will be liaising with contractors, Architects and building regulations, mortgage providers and solicitors. The individual needs to be self-motivated with strong organisation skills.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator
- Sending out quotes and statements
- Liaising with regulatory bodies and tradesmen
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency and excel/word.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Up to date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Excel and word confident
