The hours of work we are looking for are:

7 am till 2.30 pm / 3.30 pm till 10.30 pm.

You must be able to work at weekends or maybe you just want weekend work.
We pay £11.50 for personal care calls.
(£9.50 ph travel time & 30p per mile for petrol)
We now offer weekend training for those that cannot do training during the week.

What does it take to be a Bridgewater Care Specialist?
You will receive a week-long induction program before you start with us, this is our pre-employment assessment. This gives you all the tools you need to be a success in your new role before you go out into the community to deliver support to people in their own homes. And, not only do you receive a week of intensive professional development but you will also be given a buddy to help you get on your feet in your new role who will spend time with you on your first few visits to make sure you feel confident and happy!
Your role will be super varied, which is part of the fun, right? Here are a few ideas of what you might get up to:

Assisting with a daily routine including mornings, lunchtimes, and evenings.

Providing personal care where required.

Prompting or assisting with medication.

Taking clients out shopping or to appointments.

Preparing meals and light household duties.
Bridgewater Home Care was established in 2010 on our family’s own experience of finding difficulties sourcing high-quality, reliable, and trustworthy care services. We offer a recommended minimum of 1-hour visits (30 minutes absolute minimum) as we want our team to have the time to care for our clients, we don't do clock-watching or call cramming, it's not what we're about!
