Job Description

The Quality and Compliance Lead makes a meaningful contribution towards enhancing quality of life for the Clients of TGCG, by keeping the service safe and ensuring the highest possible standards of quality and compliance. We’re looking for a Quality and Compliance Lead to join our Quality Assurance Team in London (Whitechapel). You will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Team; driving continuous improvement through audit and data analysis. The successful candidate will monitor activity across the business to ensure regulatory compliance, compliance with internal standards and procedures, and to ensure that best practice is well-embedded into everyday ways of working.

About the role:

The post-holder will be responsible for delivering the Quality Assurance framework ensuring that client care is delivered to the highest possible standard, and that any need for improvement is identified and resolved with robust action plans.

The Quality and Compliance Lead will be responsible for communicating key messages and presenting data to a number of different stakeholders including working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to monitor quality KPIs through the monthly KPI report, and presenting end of year client health and wellbeing outcomes.

About you:

It is essential you have prior experience in a quality & compliance role; conducting audits and overseeing compliance, along with experience in the social care sector.
