1st/2nd Line Support Engineer

£25,000 – £37,500
An established Microsoft gold partner who has been in business for over 30 years are now on the lookout for a 1st line and a 2nd line technician due to client expansion and exceptional growth. You will be providing technical support remotely for the business’s external clients. Your duties will include resolving and escalating tickets, involvement in some exciting projects (rollouts, migrations etc), logging and updating IT support issues as well as having time out of your normal day to take part in personal and development sessions.
There are excellent opportunities for progression internally and you will be promoted in line with experience gained. There are no set dates for this, however, your salary will increase with your responsibilities and your earning potential is limited only by yourself.
