Meet the team
Over the past two years, British Red Cross has supported over 4 million people affected by emergencies in the UK, including over 1.5 million people face to face. The CER team is a multidisciplinary team working across the disasters and emergencies portfolio area in the UK. Our team is small but what we can accomplish is significant. We’re united by a shared passion for user-centred design, data driven decision making, making things better for our volunteers and staff, and ultimately delivering valuable services and products to people in crisis across the UK.
The team are part of UK Operations which includes subject matter experts and operational delivery specialists. The team collectively work on the Crisis and Emergency Response product portfolio which will comprise face to face and online services as well as the tools, plans and processes our frontline teams need to deliver them.
