The key purpose of this role is to support the successful maangement & support T&A Kronos Workforce 8.1 solution (SmartTime within DHL) through:
- Timely deployment and governance
- Accurate and governed product configuration
- Excellent training
- Testing support and guidance
- Cutover / Go Live support and guidance
- Escalation of non-standard business requirements

- SmartTime (Kronos) application knowledge (preferred)
- Payroll experience (general understanding of UK payroll)
- Training delivery (essential)
- Testing support
- Ability to work and travel within the UK
- Ability to work within a remotely based team
Training will be given in regard to the SmartTime (Kronos) product and any configuration requirements
