Salary : £35,000 - £37,000 per annum

I am proud to be working with an established, national care provider that specialises in Live-in-Care and Home Care. My client is looking for a Registered Care Manager for a small/medium sized service that provides private domiciliary care services for older people in the local area.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must be an experienced and dedicated manager, or deputy/senior care coordinator (3+ years' experience) eager to progress into their next long-term position, to successfully and confidently grow the business and team of care workers. The candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, to help promote the highest standards of care within the service.
Requirements
A tenacious and enthusiastic drive to grow the business
Experience in Domiciliary/Home Care
A clear enhanced DBS certificate
A clean driving license
Strong understanding of CQC regulations
Strong administrative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Level 3 in Health and Social Care (required)
Level 5 in Health and Social Care (preferred/working towards)
Location
The role is based in Horley, and is commutable from Gatwick, Crawley, Reigate, Pease Pottage, Haywards Heath, and Horsham.
Interview Process
Two stage, face-to-face interview, with Managing Director.
