International Operational Excellence is a newly expanded organization, responsible for supporting our international Issuing and our international Acquiring businesses across 27+ markets in ensuring a robust first line of defence, and in playing an active role in supporting the Business meet its growth objectives whilst demonstrating an effective control framework.
Our organization helps our international businesses handle risk, respond to new regulation, and develop new products whilst crafting and encouraging effective partnerships across multiple critical team members across the organisation. The organisation also leads an enterprise-wide International Financial Crimes Transformation program and is building an international first line privacy function designed to strengthen our enterprise-wide controls around privacy and information protection.
Within International Operational Excellence, the Financial Crime Transformation program is looking to recruit a Project Manager with a passion in project and program management to drive delivery of KYC & AML initiatives.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Reporting to the Market Enablement Director, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead delivery of key initiatives across Acquisition, Refresh and Sanctions Screening processes, as required
- Provide oversight on key project deliveries, as appropriate
- Review and map project plans as required for maintaining the standards of project management within the program
- Communicating Program / project status to senior leadership & key stakeholders, as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to multitask and meet strict deadlines and work well with different areas of the organization.
- Proactive and results oriented outlook, combining strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proven track record in building lasting relationships and influencing without authority, coupled with strong communication skills at multiple band levels
- Self-motivated, business and customer focused with excellent relationship skills.
- Ability to form relationships and partner with others to get results.
