We are expanding our team in and around Darlington and require experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to support our service users with their complex care needs.
Are you an experienced Carer or Support Worker who is committed, motivated and enjoys delivering one to one support?
This could be just the position you are looking for!
We provide care to adults and children who have long-term, life-limiting conditions that mean they require a care team indefinitely.
If you have….
- At least 3 months experience in care
- The time to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week
- A driving a licence (desirable)
- A passion to make a difference
- A desire to progress your career
