We’re now looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join our brilliant Sales team based in Scotland

Your Purpose

As an influential Sales person, you’ll be responsible for the development, and growth of industry leading key account volume and value in Scotland.


You’ll unlock our Silver, Gold & Platinum Key account opportunities, by managing from inception right through to live, active MCBC customer status, and working hand in hand with these groups to further enhance their retail execution and prominence of MCBC portfolio.


You’ll have commercial flare as we’ll be expecting you to drive the commercial performance of our Key account base; Negotiate mid-long term commercial agreements, manage performance vs. MPO, and provide absolute best in class account management to these groups day to day.


As well as the above leadership is key as you’ll form part of the Scotland management group.

About you:
Required:
  • End-to-end Commercial and revenue management/ ownership.
  • Experience of working in commercial Sales role
  • Shrewd negotiator; evidence of creative win-win deals in a complex trading environment.
  • Strategic Thinker able to build strong, well informed Business Plans
  • An influencer. Evidence of being able to influence peers and partners with consistency.
  • Ability to analyse Market & brand financial trends, in order to drive revenue growth opportunities.
